Hey I'm n agreement with u, I know exactly what u are goin through, believe me when I say, God is in CONTROL.

... Lord, please bless your dearly beloved child with all your tendernes and warmth. Sooth him and heal all his wounds. Take all his pain and anger away. Take everything bad away from him what people say and think about him. Free him from all their 'malediceres' ( = their curses or literally: their 'bad talking', their calling him names). Heal his heart, so that he will find your way. That he will find you, his true love. So that he will no longer hurt his employees and #1 BAMA FAN.

Please, good god, until you heal all of his pains and injuries, please give 1bama strength, curage and endurance. Give him/her YOUR HEART so that your light can shine throuh him/her on that manager! Heal his/her wounds with that tendernes only you are capable of and give her compassion. Take her anger away. Let her feel YOUR apreciation where humans fail to provide it and s/he will have no want!
