Prayer Request

Please Lord help me, I'm on fruit diet to take out all toxin that I have eaten in the past & seing all those unhealthy food around me doesn't help. I have survive a day pls help me day by day. I am not the healthiest person & I needed to change my lifestyle, that I may glorify for our body is Your temple & I know I should take care od my body. Thank you Lord, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
