Hello saints
I would like everyone to pray for my weight loss journey. I need to know what to eat. It seems like everytime I get a compliment on how I look good I start to eat more! Also I let people hinder me... someone close to me often puts me down and it hurts so much it make me want to eat everything in sight.

It's not the person close to you putting you down its the spirit of Satan working through them so rebuke the devil in Jesus name and keep on striving pray and always look to God for comfort and not food. With the Bible you will make it. I'm pulling and praying for you, God bless!
