Prayer Request
My Lord,
Give me the strength to rejoice in you during this trial. I look forward, sometimes impatiently, to the transformation of my sinful self to a more Christ like self. I know Lord that just as a carpenter whittles away all the useless pieces of wood until that piece of wood is transformed into a piece of beauty, you are widdeling away at me until I'm a reflection of Christ. The knife you use is sharp and the slivers being removed is painful, but also nessacary . Lord I look forward to reflecting my creator. I also look forward to being put to your use. I want so very much to live the purpose you've created me for. I know I will experience the greatest joy living the purpose God created me for. In Jesus name I pray Amen.

Beautifully said... And I second this request as your word promises that he who began a good work in me shall finish it and I will cling to this all the days that you allow me to have. In Jesus ' name... Amen
