Lord today I say thank you for your added blessings. I thank you for all that is to come in my life. I thank you in advance for healing for my mind body and soul. Lord I cast this body weight upon you and please Lord I pray that I am able to lose 70 lbs and learn to live a healthy life lord help me to make better food choices and give me the strenghth to exercise. Lord I thank you for watching over my family. Lord I pray that your strenghth surrounds the Thomas family as they funeralize my aunt my her soul rest with you in Jesus name Amen.
