I used to have the same addiction, everytime you feel the need to watch go a get a bible and start reading, when you feel like watching it go exercise, and you can't fight the temptation you must run away from it so what ever is making you watch that put it away for a while. Keep praying to God for strength, and another reason how I stopes myself is I always think about Jesus DIED for us and I pay him back with watching this?
