Dear God, I am missing my father very much right now. He is up there with you, I know but the the presence of him still lingers in my heart and I feel so empty without him right now. I love him so much, I miss you. I pray you give me your love and strength to continue. Amen.

Heavenly Father, I lift up this teenager who needs your strength right now. Oh touch him or her a send your strength to bring great comfort, in Jesus name. Hang on young friend. God knows your every need before you even mention it.

Strengthen me according to your Word (Psalm 119:28), encourage me with strength in my soul (Psalm 138:3), O YHVH, the Lord, the strength of my salvation. You have covered my head in the day of battle (Psalm 140:7)

My father died in 1982. Will never forget him. Sometimes I get comfort in asking God to just say hi to him for me.
