Lord God please grant GianCarlo this job position at work. He is a great guy who is caring, loving an amazing in every way. and deserves this promotion and any help you could give him. This would really boost up his confidence in himself and in his faith. Please be with him regardless of what the outcome my be and continue to push him to be the best he can. Bless him and everyone seeking your help Lord with your blessings and grant them what they need in your time... and i pray dear father that this time is GianCarlo's time.
