Someways to help you, watch what your are watching or listening to with music or watch what web sites you go too. If you feed negatives into your mind will think sins. Try listening to gospel and reading the Bible. You have to put God thoughts in your head by learning him. It's a hard battle I use sin with lust but soon as I as God to take it from me, he made me stop listening to rap and hip hop, and my lust problem. Praise Jesus
