Prayer Request


Lord please give me motivation and energy to get things done especially exercise and watch what i eat writing everything down everyday as well as cleaning my house and car. Help me to do my very best everyday with family and friends and husband and work and everything I do or are around. I need you father please help me watch myself especially watching what I say through my words, thoughts, and actions. Please help me to always go above and beyond in everything I do. I need you father. Please help me.

Sweet friend, perfection is the enemy. You're asking for help in fulfilling this role of perfection that you have pictured in your head. God is not asking you to be perfect. He's asking you to let Him love you the way you are. Whatever changes need to be made, He will make them, in His strength and in His timing. It's good to have goals, but striving for that kind of perfection is setting yourself up for self loathing when you fail to meet the high bar that you've set for yourself. God loves you... Right now... Just the way you are. And He will continue to love you... Reach for Him
