God I have,a big lower back pain . I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. Im sorry for lately not praying and going to church . I promise im going to start again

Do u know how the pain started? Have you seen chiropractor or physical therapist or massage therapist? I will pray for you. I see people with pain like yours every day.
