Dear father I ask you that u keep us focus on you at all times. Thank you for giving us the will to abstain from any sexual immorality. Thank you for forgiving us of our flesh and allowing us to serve you even though at times we are not worthy. I bind all the negative spirits of depression, loneliness, and self esteem issues and cast it to the pits of hell. I renounce my body the temple of god from any wrong doing. Thank you lord for all your blessings you have done and my life and continually doing in jesus name AMEN
