Lord Heavenly father I come to you and pray that you give me the strength and guidance to get my health back on track. I have been abusing food and using it in a unnatural way, for comfort instead of for survival. When you are my comforter. I pray that your Holy Spirit guide me onto the right way. Thank you Jesus!
