Father,i am nervous. I am trying to stop the negative voices in my head. But I will be still. You will take care of everything. Goodness will follow me. This is nothing. Its going to be fine. In jesus name amen.

The bible is your best tool for this also sincerely praying down on your knees for God to change your thought patteren. You need to acknowledge that you can not just try to change it on your own but you need Gods help. Youll be just fine darling ill keep you in my prayers.
