Dear God,

I Relized today I have a phobia. I was chatting with an advice lady and she said if it really scares me and worries me I should think about hypnotherapy...... Please... Please let me find the courage to talk to my mom about this..... I'm 11 and scared....

Well I've had this fear since I was like 4 and I Relized its not getting better but worse..... So I asked and she said it's prob a phobia ect. Thank u for your concern and your prayers.
