Dear lord forgive me for all my sins,lord I ask you to bless me and remove all this pain I'm feeling from his mental abuse,,I ask to you to give me patience and remove all these anger and hatred he has put in me,show me how to ignore lord I need you I'm hurting so much from all these fighting and all his putdowns,he really makes me feel worthless,please lord protect from any harm,if any comin my way!!! He might not need me lord,but my children do,bless me where I need it lord,amen

That bad, get help from domestic violence hotline (don't use Your phone) ask for help because of his verbal abuse and hatred to you and physical intimidation. File door divorce and custody of choldren
