Prayer Request


Lord, please help me to forgive and love my mother-in-law. Please let her understand that when she doesnt want me to hold my son, it hurts me. Especially when my son is crying and looking at me to comfort him. I feel angry about my mother-in-law and I think she is mean and unfair to me. Please help me to grow closer to her and see positive things in her. Please let her understand I am the mother of her grandson and the wife of her son. Please help us to love each other. In Jesus name I pray, amen.

You need to say those same exact words to her. When your child is crying just say I need to take him this is upsetting me. If she gets offended just say this is not about you. I'm his mom and I want to hold my child when he cries it upsets me when you do not allow me to comfort him. I will be praying for you but you really just need to speak up and communicate what your feeling. It will all calm down and things will work out. She is probably thinking that shes helping. Whatever her reasons, you can take authority over the situation. Just be firm about it but loving. I too have been there.

I will pray for you. The evil one loves to come in between. I am in the middle of a divorce right now due to my in laws not having control. Its hard hang in there and most of all keep God in the center of your life.
