Lord, I ask you to give me strength. Help me to be a stronger person so that I can overcome temptation and not continue with my unhealthy eating habits. Help me so that I can be strong for myself, my new baby nephew Ason and my family. Help me to lead a healthy life and make healthier decisions. Please Lord, I ask you to guide me.
