God please help me I just did somthing I knew was going to hurt me and open up feelings I have been trying to forget and know I am like breaking down I cnt stop crying I cant even breath just help me get through this I don't know what to do I miss my babies so much and I cant have them ever again I hate adoption I wish it wasn't even a choice for women this hurts so bad I just want them
