Father, I have no idea who this person is or what they are going through, but you do. Lord, I pray you would deliver this person from their desperatin. Fill their life with your presence. Show them the value of their life. Lord, we all have all felt completely hopeless in our lives at some point. Lord, lift this person up. Fill them with your presence and be with their situation. Lord, I pray you would bless this person's life and if they don't know you, place someone in their life to show them your love. Surround this person with people who will build them up, people he/she can lean on in thie time of weakness. I pray a blessing upon this person.

Please take things day by day or if that seems too hard try to think minute by minute . You can get through a minute right. Then work up to hour by hour . Trust God. Trust yourself you are better then this and you deserve more.

Please help this person see how wonderful they are. That no matter who or what tells them otherwise they are worthy of your love! Take any bad thoughts away in Jesus name! Make them feel your love and remind this person u are with them and have never left their side! All they have to do is give their problems to u lord and believe that u will provide the solution that is best for their life! Let them see that he or she is not alone and that no matter how far we r here willing to listen! In Jesus name amen!

Lord as I read this of a stranger I read a plea a cry out for help. Touch this individual that he/she maybe filled with a rushof energy tto want to go on and help someone else that may have the same problem, I pray that you take their burdens show them they have a purpose thas meaningful lift up their spirits so many have not gotten thus far just touch them and do what you do heal and comfort....in Jesus name Amen.

Well when you do remember the battle in the mind rages on. Sow good seed into it. Throw out what enters it that doesn't belong. Surround yourself with the Word. Doing the Word is what will change your circumstance so do it and pray. You will start to enjoy the ride. God bless and I love you.
