Father God thank you for my many blessing I am thankful....Father I ask for you to take this weight off of me lord. Its kinda hard as a single mother and I am praying for some type of releif. father I also ask for you to just protect me and my family and friends against evil. In Jesus name I pray amen

May God give you strength and help you set realistic goals. It just takes a start. Getting out of that chair and committing 35 to 40 minutes of walking a day. You can do this. Even if you have to go to a mall to do it. You are Gods beautiful rose and he sees you perfect and flawless. Never forget that you are made in his image and he values all of his creation. Keep laying your burdens at his feet and allow him to carry all of your loads. You are not a mule and he doesn't expect you to carry all the heavy burdens of life. Allow him to carry the load as he walks beside you.
