God as i lay here i'm in so much pain.... i know that i have strayed away from you and i now i see the results. I wrecked my truck into a pole this morning and thank you for being there for me. I didnt have insurance and i dont know what im going to do. I thank you so much for blessing me with great family who is willing to help me back and forth to work. God please watch over me and guide me in the right direction i feel that I'm in this alone im pregnant, broke, no money to pay for anything and dont know what to do. Please help me.
