Prayer Request


I pray for strength and faith cuz my faith at the moment is gone. My father left us, with time we healed and recovered. My mother then remarried a great Christian man, and now against his wishes, he has left us too, all my life things just get taken away and the one time everyhring is going ok, bam it gets snatched away, I'm very angry filled with hurt and questions and i wanna know why? I know I am no one to question u lord but i can't help it. Church doesn't interest me, i feel bored and sad, I wonder why an I even here at church? I've been here my whole life and nothing seems to ever get better? None of my cousins it friends at church who also been there their whole lives deal w this, not fair at all, what's the point anymore? I'm twenty yrs old and I'm sick of the same old thing. I have no idea what u r doing lord or why ur doing it, or y it's been the way it has ny entire life but only u know. Ur word says u will never give me anything I can't handle so I'll believe that lord. Give me desire to read the bible to pray to seek ur word to want holy things, cuz honestly right now i have none what so ever. I want to feel like i have a purpose in u lord, sing? Preach? Evangelize? How can I when I feel so empty? How to tell others Jesus changed my life and brought me joy when I'm
In a dry spell? How to shine when I'm sitting in the dark? Help me Jesus answer my prayers I cry out to u with all that i Am asking u to forgive me and love me like never before, in jesus name

Often when your the most upset is when you need to turn to god, and look to him to comfort you. Don't push him away in your time of despair. I know I hate when people say this to me but god has a plan for you and he loves you so put your faith in him!

There are times when people are in our lives for seasons and not a life time. I've learned this over the years of my life. You're a whole lot stronger than you think my friend. He won't abandon you. It is very true that he doesn't put more on you that you can bear. Hold on, change is coming. Keep believing.... I know he works in mysterious ways...... "be still and know that I am god"......

Don't feel like you have to have a purpose or calling in the church...many experience their callings outside of church. For example if you're an artist you could use your god given gift in a way that pleases god and might stir up some thought provoking conversations. I'm not saying don't try out for choir or help in the nursery or etc at church. By all means do it if you feel thats where youre being led! Just don't feel like church the only place to find your spiritual calling. :)
take care and read your bible!!! It helps you grow more than you realize! By coming to God in this time of need, you are showing him a great deal about what your heart truly desires!
