Dear God help me to be strong yet not lose my temper so easily with pointless things. I hurt people I love and care for with my acts and regret them later. Please help me to hold my tongue and not lash out at anyone. Teach me to be patient and rational. Guide me at home and at work. Let your love be my inspiration. Thank you Father for all you do for us. Amen
