I had a doctor's appt 2day which was 4 the determination of my disability Lord i ask u 2 please send this through 4 me i been fighting 4 this 4 the past 5yrs please let 2day be the end of this struggling battle 4 me im just 2 tired 2 fight any longer i dont have the strength 2 do it any longer!!
