Make the promise to god. And not only him but promise yourself that you will ulquit. And have faith. Faith is not believing that he can help you quit faith is you deciding he will, knowing he will. And nit being afraid to get on the computer or Internet because you think you'll look. Have faith, and he will see you through.

If it helps you or anyone else, my ex broke my heart due to this addiction. It destroyed my marriage, my trust, my self confidence, it broke my heart. I loved him so much and begged him to stop for 8 yrs. And eventually he chose it over me. And it almost destroyed my soul. I pray this don't happen to anyone else.
