Dear God
I sat on the side of my bed all day. I was so sad all day, just waiting for something good to happen but it never did. Now its after 2 in the am and I'm still restless. Lord, I'm begging for you to shower me with your love so I may feel better about myself and my life. Take away this depression and diabetes. I need to lose 100
Lbs. Help me Jesus!!!

You can and will overcome. You have to take action. Nothing is gained with out a fight. I know your depressed but you can be healthy and joyful again. You are worth it. Join a gym and just take it one day at a time. God will carry you through and give you strength. All you need to do is start the process. We all fall short and blow it but you just got to pick yourself up and try again. I have been in your exact situation. You can waste hrs just analyzing yourself and hoping for a miracle. Your life is the miracle, the fact that you can choose, you get to create whatever kind of life you want. God is for you not against you. Now wake up oh sleeper rise from the dead and Christ will shine on you.
Father, I pray you break off all oppression depression from this child of yours. Give them the ambition to fight for thier life and health. I prat you break every generational curse off of thier life. Renew thier hope. Give them energy, strength and joy. May whatever they put thier hand to prosper. Give them freedom from all bondage and hopelessness. Release them now I pray in Jesus name by your stripes they are healed.
Amen, I claim the victory and testimony of your power over thier life right now in Jesus name.
