Prayer Request


Father today I come before You to repent for my sinful ways. I'm sorry for giving into my weaknesses yesterday and not being strong enough to stay calm. I'm quick to anger, I think badly of others, I tend to be proud, sometimes arrogant and think I'm better than most. I've lied to people I care about. I'm a covetous person, I tend to be selfish. I'm not as giving as I let myself believe that I am. I sometimes do good things for others only to realize later that there were hidden motives behind it, that I was seeking praise and recognition. All off this makes me sick.

Please forgive me for being this way. I don't want to be. I beg You to please help me change. I turn myself over to You, put me on a righteous path. Correct me when I start to be sinful so that I may learn to stop it and avoid it all together. Bring me back to You when I start to stray. Please help me Dad. In Jesus' name, Amen.
