Prayer Request


Good morning Lord. Thank You for another day. Be with my family as we go our separate ways again today. Lord, You know what I am dealing with. You know the feelings of emptiness and unworthiness. I know these are not of You Father, but I can not shake them. I can't break past them to get to You, and my faith is shaken. The man I was was destroyed long ago and the man I've become is horrible. I can't shake the images of what went on, and though I've forgiven and have been forgiven, I am constantly haunted. I do not believe a single word from the person you You have made to be most important during this life. I've tried to come to You Lord, but have failed. Please stoop down and come to me. Bring me back to that place I was so long ago, in my youth, when I could hear Your voice as if You were standing right next to me. Thank you Lord. In His name, amen.

Deuteronomy 4:29 29 But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 When you are in distress, and all these things come upon you in the latter days, when you turn to the Lord your God and obey His voice 31 (for the Lord your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you,nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them. God forgives us our sins when we humbly ask for forgiveness. It is Satan who wants to hold our sins over us. I pray that you can forgive yourself, we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. It is only by his righteousness that we stand. God bless and keep you and look to the Lord and His Word to see what He says about forgiveness and how He sees you.
