Thank you God for waking me up to see another day please forgive me for my sin and send your holy spirit down to guide me as i go through times on earth and please be with me as i go through these appointments until the surgery date please be with all doctors as the work on my spine please father please i promise i shall not sin anymore (well ill try my hardest not to) cause there is no God i rather to worship then you in Jesus name i pray...... Amen!!!
