God, this year I lost both of my jobs and my father died. Why did you allow it???

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I will pray for you.
We live in a fallen world.
Suffering and pain will allow us to be more like Christ.
Jesus took over the upmost suffering when He died for us on the cross. The temporary pain in the world is only temporary.
One day all of our pain will end and we will live in heaven forever.
