Prayer Request


Father God, I come to you now in the name of Jesus thanking You and praising You for You alone are worthy of all my praise.  I thank you for my husband and the gift of our marriage. I thank you for loving me and loving him as much as you love me.  I thank you for allowing me to come before you and hearing my prayers.  I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness.  I pray that there will be nothing in me that hinders my prayer being heard by You.  I pray that you will guard my heart and my mind against all the tricks of the devil especially in regard to my husband. Give me a heart that loves him unconditionally like You love us and help me to forgive quickly and completely just like You do. I lift Jeff up to you now and ask that you will guard his heart and mind.  Fill him with your Holy Spirit and flush out anything that is not of You.  Please remove anyone or anything from his life that would stand in the way of him coming to You or living the life of faith that You would have him to live. Please remove all temptation in the area of alcoholism and ****ography.  Give him a heart that is quick to confess his sins and seek Your forgiveness.  Remove his heart of stone and give him a heart of flesh that longs to serve You and seek Your will.  Father, I know that this is a war and the devil is going to do everything he can to win but I claim the blood of Jesus over Jeff.  I claim victory over satan in You Father.  I ask that You grow Jeffs__’s faith and help him to lean on You.  I pray that he will not lean on his own understanding but in ALL his ways acknowledge You.  Give him a heart that loves You first and makes You a priority in his life.  Give him a desire to get into Your word and wisdom to understand it.  Help him to apply Your word to his life and live for You.  I pray that You will guard Jeffs mind from all the lies of the devil.  Reveal to him any area where satan is already lying to him and help him to turn from it and seek Your face.  Let him be a man of integrity who walks uprightly in Your sight.  Guard his heart and mind, grow his faith and help me to support him in whatever way You would have me to.  Protect him, me, our marriage and our family from all the attacks of the devil.  I ask that Your guardian angels will fight for us against unseen forces and protect us as well.  I ask that You dear Lord will go before us, be beside us and behind us.  Help us both to agree that we want our lives and our marriage to serve You and further Your kingdom.  Give him an extra measure of faith today to trust You. Help him to trust You with his soul, his life and all that he holds dear.  Help him to desire and learn to pray and live in a deeper faith than he ever has before.  Please bless him_, let Your goodness and mercy follow him all the days of his life.  Help me to be all that You have called me to be as well, amen.
