THANK YOU
Heavenly Father, I draw a blank today not knowing how to approach you. I guess all I can do is just THANK YOU for the very thing that is troubling me. I find myself on the brink of rebellion and close to shaking my fist at you. I’m tempted to indulge in just a little complaining about my treatment. But I know once I step over that line in torrents of rage self-pity can sweep me away. Maybe the best protection against that way I’m thinking is thanksgiving. Because it is impossible to thank you and curse you at the same time. So THANK YOU! I just want to THANK YOU! THANK YOU for another day! THANK YOU for loving my family and loving my fiancé! THANK YOU for allowing me to be humble. THANK YOU for guiding me and protecting me! THANK YOU for everything good in my life. THANK YOU for the 100 days behind me and only a few more to go. In JESUS name, I pray.
