My heart aches for you and for my daughter. My daughter lost her only child, my grandson, in August - six months to the day after his 21st birthday. This is so hard for all of us, but my daughter suffers way more. Devastated is one word to describe this loss for her. Shattered is another. May our Lord God in Heaven bless you both, as He understands your grief more than I or any other mortal can who has not walked in your shoes.
