Dear Lord, please let me have clean and pure thoughts. I don't want to have anymore ****.
Let me use my mind and body in the way you have instructed. Let me not harm my wife and family by impure thought or deeds. Let me not harm myself either.
Let me not live secret sin. Let me be single-minded and do only what is good.

When you are thinking of harming self and others in any way, you should seek immediate help. Shame, guilt, self-loathing, whatever your demons may be, get help. It's not to late. God is present. Show up in your own life, start that change today. YOU CAN!
