Dear God, please help me to stop drinking and to stop smoking. I am so unhappy, so alone, and so very scared & depressed about so many things going wrong in my life right now that that is why I am doing those things to numb myself and ease the terrible stress I am under. Please help me with this. I am too beaten down to be able to do it myself without your help. I need your help and am asking for it from you. Thank you....
