Prayer Request

Today I wanted to be real and authentic on my journey. Venting and wanted to ask a few questions. After working out for a while and really watching what you eat, has anyone gained or gone up in weight on the scale? Especially after doing weights for a few weeks consistently? I'm working hard, and frustrated I have gained and these darn pounds won't leave me alone. Frustrated the scale is not showing my hard work. Plus if I work out at night, I get so hungry and feel guilty for eating late at night even though I just worked out and then I become afraid I'm going to gain more. Lately, I'll drink milk to make my belly full. Does anyone ever feel like they have setbacks? Or get frustrated? Plus I take a probiotic to help with bloating but sometimes during the month I get super bloated even though I am taking the probiotic. I'm sorry I am just having one of those mornings where you think wow I feel like I look lighter but that scale just won't budge!
