UPDATE.......PRAISE GOD! THE DOCTORS ACTUALLY MET WITH MANAGER TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM!!! THE TRUTH IS FINALLY KNOW!!! THANKS TO GOD FOR ANSWERED PRAYERS!!!
Office manager (in a health care facility of all places!) has NO PEOPLE SKILLS. Does not respect employee's. She uses major bullying tactics in micro-managing our office. Obviously, she is battling personal demons and taking it out on employees. Please pray that she is REMOVED from her management position and that she gets the help she needs!!!! LET THE TRUTH BE KNOWN!!! Awful morale and poor customer service because of her attitude. WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES ARE LEAVING BECAUSE OF HER. (Another one quit last week!!!) PLEASE PRAY FOR US. THANK YOU! 😊
