Prayer Request


God PLEASEEEEEEE help me lose this weight and get back healthy. My health is depending on it. I've been having so many health problems because of all this weight. I'm only 4'11 and weight 173. That's wayyyyy to much on my body. I'm crying out to you. Please help me. In Jesus holy name of Nazareth I pray with thanksgiving. To god be the glory Amen

I had the same problem..
I stopped buying anything that was high in fat and sugar
And drink 6-8 glasses of water.
This will help control your cravings..

Work on any issues, emotional. We eat to dissociate from pain. Go to marytshermanministries.org, download Chapter 11 and listen to video Marked Chapter 11.

Hang in there! Start working it. If u fail a couple of times that's okay. You keep moving forward. A righteousness man may fall asleep times but he gets up. Remember if you fail, you will still have moved ahead. You don't start from scratch. Remember that.
