Prayer Request

Fill my heart, Lord, because I and weak, tired, used up, selfish, and I often feel sorry for myself. I see myself as lazy and unmotivated. Not all of the time, of course. There are times when I feel close to you. The other day I was reading about how Abraham trusted that you would bless him with innumerable offspring even though he was an old man. Logically, this was a crazy idea. But Abraham trusted God. He hoped against hope. He went where his reason could not follow and came out on the other side. And I feel that way many days. Most days I come out on the other side. Thanks, dear Jesus, companion and friend if my little journey.
