Lord I have ignored you and have lived unhealthy these past 3 months. I am sorry and want to change. I need your help. Make me strong and wise. Help me to resist temptation. Give me peace. Thank you Jesus.

We've all been there. It's easier to ignore god, because it feels that we are ignoring the problem as well. But Jesus our Lord is so merciful that he has his arms open saying come to me all with troubled hearts. He loves you. Repent with your heart and see his grace in your life! GBU
