Pray for Gods Help Losing Weight and Keeping It Off and staying on track.
Please help me to watch what I eat especially overcoming temptation to over-eat as well eating junk food or sweets or drinking soda or drinking anything not good for me and that I will drink the required amount of water each day. To not eat because I'm bored or stressed or eat late at night. To make healthy choices and track what I'm eating and drinking everyday. To stay focused on my goal and to not give up even when it's tough or I have had a day or two when I didn't eat good. That i persevere and I improve my eating habits. And stop when I am full and not over eat. That I eat smaller portions. And to exercise at least 3-4 times a week and lose weight. I want to feel better about how I look. I gained 60 lbs from having my baby who is now 1year old. I really want and need to lose the weight And keep it off. I want to be able to keep up with her and run and play with her.
