Prayer Request

So it's pretty late (2:26am) and about 1:30am I heard a big thump in my living room and when I went to check it out there was absolutely nothing, aside from our 2lbs Chihuahua who was asleep. This is the 2nd time that happens, the first time was during the day and i guess I'm just freaked out. I have knots in my stomach and now I can't sleep. I know I shouldn't allow it to bother me but i also don't serve God as I should, which I do want to I've just been spiritually lazy.
