If someone in your circle of friends seems exactly the same as when you first met, with no visible signs of wisdom or maturity, don't think you're going to change that. This Peter Pan persona - no matter how old - is this way by choice, or because growing up is far too difficult or painful. There's no harm to you, is there? And there always seems to be an air of fun when this individual is around, right? Don't push, don't lecture, and most of all don't reject this person. There is more here than meets the eye, and one day you'll see signs of growth anyway.
