Dear Lord
i ask You Heaven Father please bring Your Joy and Your Peace and Your Comfort to Your Child in Christ Jesus that is suffering so much from stress and anxiety�
i know becuase i can related�
i share Lord what i am slowing �learn from �You Oh Lord in my 40s boy i do not know much�
and i know this is a daily process which i myself do mess up but i been learn also that is ok because i want The Lord to take the heavy lifting stuff in my life not me�

i been going to The Lord and and saying Lord i am worried and stress about this and that
please Help me�

so then this Bible verse comes to me�



Philippians 4:6 (NKJV) 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;



and then i say ok Lord Help me keep in mind that what i am worry about or stressing about�
and then i ask self�
are there any thing that i am worried about that is going to help me or hurt me in the long run?

and most of the time i day no

then i say Lord Help me to pick one thing to focus on

and so i ask Lord please Give me Your Strength to focus on Your Peace and Seek Your Peace beyond anything else that i myself enjoy�
and if i wait for Him to respond then i start to see how the next Bible verse comes in to play

Philippians 4:7 (NKJV) 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
