God once again I am heart broken. I feel so belittled and worthless. Please guide my steps and bring the right people into my life and move the wrong people out. This person hurt me so bad with their words.

Words do hurt bad. Use them to make yourself stronger. The person who said those things is probably unhappy or weak and has to hurt you to make himself feel better. Pray for that person who speaks those awful words And you are doing gods will.
