Father in heaven,I pray for my hospital appointment to be asap and that it confirms the doctors diagnosis,I pray for confirmation so I can make the right changes in my life and push on,it has been such a burden on my life for years,I pray for diagnosis so I can be set free.father this is my prayer.I love you Jesus,Amen x
