I READ ABOUT SO MANY PEOPLE ON THIS PRAYER LINE ASKING GOD TO HELP BRING A MAN OR WOMAN BACK INTO THEIR LIVES. I MUST SAY THIS,I HOPE AND PRAY THAT I AM NOT HURTING ANYONE'S FEELINGS.YOU DONT NEED A MAN OR WOMAN IN YOUR LIFE TO FEEL COMPLETE. YOU HAVE GOD. IF YOUR MATE HAS LEFT FOR WHATEVER REASON,THEN SOMETIMES IT'S BEST JUST TO LET THEM GO.PRAY FOR THAT PERSON TO GET THE HELP THEY NEED TO OVERCOME WHATEVER IT IS THAT THEY NEED TO WORK THROUGH.THEN ONE DAY THEY MAY COME BACK TO YOU.I HAD A MAN FRIEND,YES I LOVE HIM DEARLY,BUT WHEN HE STARTED TO TREAT ME BAD BY CALLING ME NAMES,ACCUSING ME&GETTING MAD WHEN I USE MY PHONE TO TALK TO FAMILY&FRIENDS IT WAS TIME TO LET GO.HE COULD'VE BEEN CHEATING,I DONT KNOW.ALL I KNOW IS THAT I AM HAPPIER WITHOUT HIM. I GOT TIRED OF BEAING TREATED BAD WHEN ALL I EVER DID WAS RESPECT MYSELF AND HIM. I DID WHAT WAS RIGHT&HONEST.EACH TIME HE DOES THIS THEN HE WANTED TO SAY SORRY AND I LET HIM IN MY LIFE AGAIN THEN THE SAME THINGS HAPPENS.I HAVE MY LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. LOVE YOURSELF FIRST BECAUSE NOBODY WILL LOVE YOU LIKE YOU DO.

Amen. That's the exact situation I'm in :/ I feel like I'm trying so hard & he's rude, calling me names, accusing me of things, so jealous... I know ill be better w out him I'm trying to let go & let God... amen to this.

IT'S NEVER GOIN TO BE EASY.I HAD A HARD TIME LETTING GO ALSO.IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME.JUST KEEP PRAYING,HAVE FAITH AND KEEPING PUSHING FORWARD WITH AND TOWARDS GOD.HE WILL GUIDE YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. NOBODY NEEDS TO BE EMOTIONALLY,MENTALLY,PHYSICALLY OR VERBALLY ABUSED. LOVE YOURSELF.

Thank you for saying this. I have heard so many people pray for God to bring him/her back into their lives so they can be whole again. God wants to be number one in our lives! Until that happens He won't provide us with the loving mate we deserve. I know from experience. When you finally trust God wholeheartedly He will pour His blessings upon you! We are Gods beloved. I agree with you about God being The only one you truly need, but on the same accord you could caveat that with "if they are who God intends you to be with, then he will bring them back again. If not then be excited for the better person that he has yet to bring into your life."
I do have to disagree with your last statement about loving yourself though, because no on will love you more than GOD! May he bless you in all you do... Amen...

You do have to love yourself. Not BEFORE God, but BEFORE loving a person. After all, God made you in His image and wants you to love yourself... And how can you love another if you know not of love? Just saying...
