Prayer Request


I have a female friend that I met last summer on vacation, who I started feeling attraction to and interest in... I am likely going to see her this summer at the same spot and had planned to see if she was interested in going out on a date at that time. I got an email reply today and in it she mentioned she would be visiting the state (Texas) I live it in a couple of months to particpate in an endurance event. I am prayfully thinking and asking God about seeing if she would be able and willing to see me at some point that weekend and maybe let me take her out, time permitting.
My question and prayer request is when should I ask her: very, very soon or maybe wait a couple of weeks.
I am not sure if she will have the time to see me (although considering we are slowly becoming good friends, she would probably be glad to see me even if just for a little while) or if she is the least bit interested in a date. I am prepared to risk rejection and a little awkardness if she turns me done. Better to have asked and know whether or not how she feels then not ask and wonder what could have been, albeit whatever the chance.

I ask for prayer that God will reveal His will and what I should do as to when to ask her or if I even should at all.

I suggest you ask her. If she doesn't want as a date then as a friend perhaps. There is a reason she let you know she'd be in Texas lol (girls perspective over here we won't tell someone we don't wanna see that we'd be in the same town as he). So that's cool. :) I'd love if one of my good friends ask me that and if I was busy or couldn't i'ld just make sure to keep it in mind so next time I can. God bless!
