Prayer Request
Dear Heavenly Father,
Since I have just found out I have high blood pressure and cholesterol, my anxiety is even worse. I haven't been able to stay on a diet or find the time, motivation and energy to exercise, but Lord please give me the will power, motivation and strength to exercise and eat right so I can get in good health. I'm too young to be dealing with this! Please help me to be more active. I know it would help my depression to exercise and lose this weight too. Please give me the discipline I need. Please give me the energy and help me to stick to it. Please Lord! Amen.
